Our Project Manager ensure that desired deliverables are produced at the highest possible quality on time and within scope as they lead and facilitate the activities of an assigned Scrum Team. They work closely with all project stakeholders to ensure that desired functionality is actually realized in the solution under construction.

Are you an AGILE personality?

Then you are a perfect fit as a Project Manager for our SCRUM development teams, which design and develop low-latency, high frequency trading systems for all electronically-traded asset classes. As you work with your teams you facilitate meetings and team-based development activities such as SPMs, scrums and retrospectives.

Do you like to remove roadblocks?

As you collaborate with the development teams you proactively identify and present impediments and dependencies; develop solutions to address and resolve impediments and manage dependencies. You are the agent of change to positively promote the overall success of the Scrum Team and the Company.

You will create, maintain and publish project status artifacts and secure and manage all necessary project resources. You will also be a face to the customer as you host customer product demos.

…if you are an experienced inhabitant of the global financial community and have a proven aptitude in business analysis, documentation and project management. Working with cross-functional teams comes naturally to you and your experience with Agile processes and frameworks, particularly Scrum, speaks for itself.

If you can base this on a degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Finance or equivalent, you are invited to respond quickly to the rapidly changing technology we call our business.
