RTS Realtime Systems to Open Data Center in Dubai. Newest Hub in Global Trading Network to Offer Co-Location to DGCX. In the past year, RTS has expanded its global network, opening data centers in Shanghai, Tokyo and Hong Kong to address growing demand in the Asia Pacific (APAC) region. The firm already had data centers in Chicago, New York, London, Frankfurt, Singapore and Mumbai. Through its global trading network, RTS offers proximity hosting services, along with direct market access to exchanges across regions and assets classes.
